Service Scope: Deadart Logistics provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation services based on agreed service terms and timelines.

Responsibility: While we ensure safe and timely handling of your goods, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party failures.

Client Obligations: Clients must provide accurate documentation and comply with applicable customs and shipping regulations.

Payments: All payments must be completed as per the agreed quotation and billing cycle. Delays in payment may result in service interruptions.

Claims: Any claims regarding loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala
